It never ceases to amaze me how elegantly you fellows can express your sorrow hidden within a joke which is then hidden within a story. You are one thousand years ahead of me. However, the woman with the cane must be Phil’s mother. She probably couldn’t understand any of it. I can think of nothing worse than a mother or a father looking at the coffin of their child. Time for her must be standing still. My thoughts go to you all, but especially to her. I loved the man. I miss him.

Our deepest condolences to the Stenson family. Phil was my (Ben's) first boss back in the mad 90's. We had a lot of adventures together. He was a great story teller and will be greatly missed but the memories will live on. God Bless, Ben and Helene Tyas

I have known Phil for close to 40 years, he was a very talented individual that always gave his all. It is a great loss to all of us and in particular his family, we will miss him and his good natured manner. We will not forget him, rest in peach Phil.
